Today we had a workshop about the European Union in general. It was exciting but everybody were tired so it was hard to avoid falling asleep ! The workshop-leader was a professor from Belgium, university of Ghent. He had won a price for good and short explaining difficult things, coooool, huh? 🙂
The swedes had a workshop too, about how European Union take decisions. We realised that it’s not easy to find compromises and compromise between countries. In some questions we’re very different, and couldn’t find a solution.
After that we had a guided tour through the European Union headquarters. It was enormous, häftigt, großartig, fantastisch. It’s hard to understand how much the EU does actually, you need to see it with your own eyes.
This night was the swedish night! We had a lot of fun, they had a movie about prejudices. They also did a quiz and a show with famous swedish people like abba…
And, a cute guy, from Belgium turned 18 at midnight, we sang happy birthday in three languages, and we wish him all luck in life, wohooo! 🙂 🙂 🙂
